WE-EF LEUCHTEN GmbH (hereinafter referred to as ‘WE-EF LEUCHTEN’ or ‘we’, ‘us’) provides information and services related to products from WE-EF LEUCHTEN on the web pages of www.we-ef.com (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’) for retailers (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Users’ or ‘you’) for online perusal and access.

5. Download centre
You have the opportunity to download product information sheets, installation instructions and other documents from our Website. These documents can be found on the webpages for the individual products. You can collect the documents for download by adding them to your download basket and then download them all at once from the download centre. The provisions set out in Point 4.2 of these Terms of Use apply to the content of all of the documents provided in the download centre. You can also personalise these documents. If you provide personal data on our Website for this purpose, your data will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Statement.
In the download centre you also have the option of sending the documents collected in your download basket to third parties by email. By using this function you are stating that you are authorised to provide the name and email address of the recipient to us. This data will only be used to send the email. Should a third party demonstrate that their rights have been violated by the sending of this email through this function, we will provide the identification data for the legal proceedings. 6. DIALux plugin
We provide the DIALux plugin for download on our Website. The DIALux plugin is an optional software module (add-on) for the professional lighting design software provided by DIAL GmbH (www.dial.de). In order to use the plugin, you must first install and have permission to use the ‘DIALux’ software, which can be downloaded from https://www.dial.de/de/dialux/. We accept no liability for the content and functions of the software or for any damage resulting from its installation and use. DIAL GmbH is responsible for this. Further information on DIALux and the DIALux plugin can be found on the DIAL GmbH website at https://www.dial.de/de/dialux/. We do not accept any liability for the use of the DIALux software and/or the DIALux plugin.
7. Recruitment of third parties
WE-EF LEUCHTEN is entitled to enlist third parties to carry out work on our behalf in order to fulfil our contractual obligations or request that Users fulfil their contractual obligations under these Terms of Use.
8. Assignment of rights and obligations arising from this agreement
WE-EF LEUCHTEN is entitled to assign the rights and obligations arising from this agreement to third parties without having to announce this separately.

10. Amendments and supplements to individual provisions
WE-EF LEUCHTEN can amend these Terms of Use at any time. WE-EF LEUCHTEN will publish amendments and supplements to these Terms of Use on the Website. The Terms of Use that are in force at the time at which the Website is used shall apply in each case.
