LTM, ZAT & ZFT series are now available with a factory-installed Zhaga Book 18 interface
Turning on the luminaires in the evening and switching them off in the morning? This approach to street and area lighting is undoubtedly becoming a thing of the past. Even the half-night switching system has long ceased to be the most efficient and ecological way to operate lighting for streets, pathways, and public spaces.
LED light sources can be switched and dimmed exceptionally well. With modern digital control and communication technology, lighting systems can now be designed to significantly reduce energy consumption while maintaining high visual comfort.
For several years, WE-EF has been offering a large portion of its street, pathway, and public space luminaires with R2C – Ready to Connect. This means that the luminaires are designed with all the necessary components to operate in a typical lighting management system. New to the range of WE-EF R2C street luminaires are the proven LTM light columns and the ZAT and ZFT post-top luminaires. These three series, which are suitable for use in modern architectural contexts as well as historic urban environments, can come equipped with a factory-installed, IPX6-protected, standardised Zhaga Book 18 interface located on the top of the luminaire. The luminaires are fully pre-wired and equipped with a DALI LED driver. Before the lighting management system is activated, only a controller (D4I) needs to be attached to the interface.
